Responsibilities include: Develop and manage the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE in complex programs and logistics solutions for key Supply Chain Solutions (IM-SCS) accounts. This will be accomplished through effective program management based on a marriage of understanding customer requirements, Working with and coordinating with Warehouse Operations and understanding Ingram Micro systems capabilities. Acts as an advocate for the needs of the customer and drives the partnership between Ingram Micro and the client. Fosters and develops effective relationships with internal and external customers to get needs met.
The associate will work both independently and as part of a team to oversee the execution of daily business and insuring KPI's are met through coordination with the client and the warehouse operations management, including problem solving when opportunities/goals are not met. In addition, Working both independently and in conjunction with internal and external teams will develop and manage business requirements/growth through discovery, interpretation and project management of customer request, to develop and manage business requirements documents, design technical specifications/solutions and implement projects, preparing reporting and communication to the team and clients, building presentations, and any other pertinent documents to support programs or solutions.
Proficient use of Microsoft office suite tools for the purpose of conducting analysis, sending correspondence and making presentations. Candidate will design, develop and implement transportation / logistics programs that assist the organization in achieving its strategic goals. Manage the work of cross departmental teams in order to deliver programs. Present deployed programs to internal and external clients in order to achieve KPI's, lower costs, broaden services and provide the optimal CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
Skill set: Customer Experience/focus mindset, strong organization skills, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, Problem solving, excellent communication skills at manager and executive levels, get it done mentality in a deadline driven environment.

Experience: three to five years' prior customer account management/project management working in a supply chain/distribution environment. In depth knowledge of the supply chain and transportation/logistics disciplines. Must possess the ability to think strategically and develop project plans to implement programs / solutions.
Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop and present solutions.
Must possess business office skills e.g. Microsoft suite, Google tools.
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal format, as well as manage details, and represent IM-SCS in a professional manner. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others and build a team-oriented environment.
Self-starter, highly motivated able to work independently or lead / participate in a group.
Skilled in handling complex projects and good follow up skills. Possess the ability to develop and maintain rapport with customers and support teams. Must be able to prioritize assignments and make sound business decisions.
Knowledge of IM systems and carrier transportation systems is desired.
Understanding of financial profit and loss concepts.
Occasional and intermittent business travel as required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
