Full Circle is seeking an Administrative Assistant (AA) to assist with the seamless operation of our organization.
The AA will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in the daily operations of up to four properties within the region.
The position reports to the Community Manager and/or General Manager.

Villagebrook Autumn Ridge 1212 Larkin We will rely on you to be the first point of contact for our residents including greeting and helping our residents with a smile and meeting with all prospective applicants.
You will be responsible for preparing and distributing delinquent notices, assisting with the recertification process, answering phones and directing calls, maintaining a neat, organized office, completing reports, time logs, and lease files, conducting monthly phone shops on competition, ensuring vacant units are ready to lease, and perform other duties as assigned.
As the AA, you will be required to accept, open/close, and follow up on resident service requests and assist with inspections as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years in an administrative setting or equivalent experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Competency in Word and Excel Honest and friendly personality High degree of organization and attention to detail Assertive collection abilities Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and personnel Capacity to work productively under pressure Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle Tax credit certification (required within 120 days of employment) PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position occasionally requires handling materials weighing up to 20 lbs.
Property inspections will require frequent walking, stair climbing, and surveying roofs and/or attics.

This position offers an hourly range of $17.
