Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dining establishment.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with each course - Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of basic food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in basic math for handling payments accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth service flow Nice-to-Have Skills:
