Typical Accountabilities Customer Service Completing On-going Safety Training Completing On-going Position Training Shadow Service Manager on Move Out Inspections During 120 Day Period Shadow Service Manager on Market Ready Unit Inspections During 120 Day Period Market Ready Updates / Scheduling Service Request Follow Ups and Scheduling with Residents and Vendors Inventory Control Maintenance Purchasing Entering and Managing Purchase Orders Capital Projects / Rehab Projects Approval Submissions and Contract Generation / Uploads Sending E-blasts to Residents / Delivering Resident Communication Notices to Apartments Responding to E-Mails / Voicemails within 24 Scheduled Shift Hours Pull and Put Away Keys Needed for Vendors Attendance to Weekly Team Meetings and Daily Huddles Grounds (if applicable) Curb Appeal Lifting up to 25 lbs.
Anything over 25lbs.
