We are hiring in the Illinois or Alabama area OSG is seeking a highly skilled ERP Developer with a focus on Oracle ERP and knowledge in other ERP systems such as PrintStream and Microsoft Great Plains with SQL Server.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Oracle ERP development and the ability to adapt and explore various ERP systems within the organization.
The role requires a proactive mindset, a passion for learning, and the capability to consolidate diverse ERP systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
And work effectively under minimal supervision and provide technical support for developing and supporting customizations and extensions covering modules in Finance or Oracle SCM modules.
Candidate should have experience in agile development teams.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oracle ERP Development:
Gathering Requirements, Design, develop, Testing, deployment, documenting and maintain Oracle ERP applications to meet organizational requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Multi-System Expertise:
Demonstrate expertise in other ERP systems, including Print Stream and GP.
Evaluate, analyze, and integrate diverse ERP platforms to streamline business processes.
Continuous Learning:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Oracle ERP and other ERP systems.
Proactively seek opportunities for professional growth and stay informed about emerging trends in the ERP domain.
Required
Qualifications:
o At least 5 years of experience required in the areas of working and supporting Oracle eBusiness 12.

application, preferably in Financials and/or Oracle Projects, Oracle Apex UI development SQL, PL/SQL & XML, application performance tuning.
o Experience in Oracle Database 12c, or a higher version o Strong Oracle BI Publisher Experience, XML Data Templates, and Merge/Bursting report experience o Experience developing and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite versions 12.

o Experience with Oracle Financials modules:
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Sub-Ledger Accounting, Tax, Approvals Management, and SCM modules (PO & OM) o Strong experience with Korn or Bash Shell scripting in a Unix / Linux environment and calling database packages from scripts.
o Oracle OAFramework (OAF) development experience a plus o Preferred experience with other ERP systems, such as PrintStream and Microsoft Great Plains.
Also Microsoft SQL server experience preferred.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to adapt to new technologies and a willingness to learn different ERP systems.
o Previous experience in consolidating ERP systems is a plus.
o Agile and SAFe certification is a plus.
