Job Description:
The Fresh Factory is a market leader in food production specializing in healthy concepts and products with clean labels located in Carol Stream, IL.
We provide full-service, clean-label food processing solutions and full-service cold-pressed juice and beverage solutions.
Role:
As a Supply Chain Analyst at The Fresh Factory, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of our products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve our supply chain operations.
This could include logistics, purchasing, contracts, continuous improvement or data analysis.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, demand forecasting, production schedules, and transportation logistics to identify areas for improvement.
Material Forecasting:
Develop and maintain accurate material forecasts to optimize inventory levels and production planning, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
Supplier Collaboration:
Collaborate with suppliers to streamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and improve supplier performance.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Performance Metrics:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations and track progress toward objectives.
Risk Management:
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions in the supply chain, and develop contingency plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams including production, logistics, procurement, and sales to ensure alignment and effective communication within the supply chain.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Relevant work experience will be considered.
Proven experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and softwareExcellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Knowledge of industry best practices in supply chain management.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Must have strong attention to detail including problem-solving skills
