Fabrication Administrator - Data Entry SpecialistWe are currently seeking a Fabrication Administrator - Data Entry Specialist to join our team at our facility located in Carol Stream, IL, 60188.
This position is perfect for someone with strong data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
Overview:
Utilize Microsoft Excel to input and manage data related to fabrication processesApply shop math skills to accurately calculate measurements and quantitiesCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate data entryUtilize basic computer skills to navigate software systems
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate data entryUtilize basic computer skills to navigate software systemsReview the customer's material list for the job.
Input and manage data into software program (HydraLIST)Logs all jobs.
Utilize shop math skills to calculate measurements and quantitiesManages and prioritizes incoming jobs from internal contacts/branch locations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalentProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong shop math skillsExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skillsYou should be proficient in:
