to enhance the eating and drinking experience, nourishing the people and communities we serve.As Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements related to food service equipment manufacturing and serve as the primary contact with all certification entities, regulatory agencies and independent laboratories including Intertek, NSF, and UL. In this role, you'll lead a regulatory compliance team that will be responsible for developing strategies, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal and external audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are safe and meet all applicable regulatory requirements. This role will require some travel (up to 10%) and is subject to our hybrid work model:
we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.What You'll Do Develop and implement regulatory compliance policies and procedures for food service equipment manufacturing, including food safety, product labeling, and environmental regulations. Monitor regulatory changes and updates to ensure our products meet all applicable global regulatory requirements. Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and other functions to understand commercial timelines and requirements for new products and ensure continued compliance with existing product lines Leverage strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines across multiple brands or businesses; develop regulatory timelines and cost estimates for new product development projects and recertification projects, and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget Assemble specific data and prepare product certification applications, supporting documentation, and physical samples for submission to independent testing laboratories Continually evaluate and improve the certification process to reduce overall cost and speed to market, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders to ensure that it remains effective and efficient over time Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, identify any areas of non-compliance, and develop corrective action plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and quality assurance, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle Who You Are Subject-Matter Expert:

Relies on analytical and problem-solving skills to think strategically and execute tactically Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in foodservice equipment manufacturing or a related industry Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food service equipment manufacturing, including food safety, product labeling, and environmental regulations.
