Schedule:
28 hours/week, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Associate serves on the 5-member Human Resources Team.
The Human Resources Associate will manage projects and provide focused support to payroll processing, HRIS, records management, staff communications, and event logistics.
The Human Resources Associate will report to the Senior Human Resources Officer and work closely with the Onboarding & Payroll Specialist.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
At least 2 years of related experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to support internal and external communications.
High integrity with the ability to process sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail, high numerical accuracy, and project management skills.
Efficient work style with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to lift up 30lbs to support events.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Commitment to Outreach's Statement of Mission & Faith.
Transportation needed to travel to Outreach locations and events.
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) a plus.
